The villa is on two levels with private parking and a garden equipped with barbecue, wood-fired oven and private pool.
The chalet is located on the border with the Montagne della Duchessa Regional Nature Reserve, in a quiet residential area. The Campo Felice ski slopes are a 20-minute drive away.
The house is rented privately, so you will be the only guests in the villa.
Firewood for the fireplace is provided free of charge.
Additional charges (winter): Gas used.
Linen not included (sheets and towels).
Check-out time is between 9:00 and 10:00, with the possibility of a later departure if there are no other bookings.
Waste sorting is mandatory.
Pets allowed (2 max), provided they are well-behaved and used to living indoors.
